Registration policy for webinars (through ReadyTalk.com)
Withdrawals & No-Shows: In the event that you must withdraw from a webinar, you will not be billed only if you notify us at least three business days in advance. If you are only able to provide advance notice of less than three business days (i.e. late-notice withdrawal) you will be billed and are invited to retake the webinar within 6 months on a space available basis for a $10 administrative fee. If you are unable to provide any advance notice at all (i.e. no-show), you will be billed and are invited to retake the webinar within 6 months on a space available basis for a $20 administrative fee.
