Training Lab Rental

NPower's training lab is available for nonprofits to rent! The lab is available to all 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Washington and Oregon. Other 501(c) organizations (including nonprofit educational institutions, associations, civic leagues, clubs, etc.) can also rent our training lab at non-member rates.

Our networked computer lab has 12 PC work stations, an instructor computer on a podium, and a LCD projector to display the instructor’s screen on the wall. Each workstation has a CD-ROM drive and a floppy drive, Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise, Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.6. They also have the Microsoft Office Suite 2007 and 2010, which includes Word, Outlook Access, PowerPoint and Excel, Microsoft Office Live Meeting, Adobe CS3 and Acrobat 9 Professional installed for your use.

The lab is in our Seattle office, located in Seattle’s Central District in the Welch Plaza Building at 403 23rd Avenue South. The Welch Plaza Building is on the southwest corner of 23rd Avenue South and South Jackson Street. Free street parking is available on South Jackson and other side streets in the area east of 23rd Avenue South and is not timed.

The rental fee is $70/hour for members and $90/hour for non-members (with a 3-hour minimum). In addition to the total training time, 45 minutes of set-up and clean-up time will automatically be charged at a flat fee of $75. If you need additional set-up time or clean-up time, we can schedule it in advance and it will be charged on an hourly rate.
