Payment Guidelines

Submitting a registration form is a commitment to pay NPower for a training. Payment is not required in advance. An invoice will be sent to your organization following the training. If you prefer to pay by credit card in advance, please send us an email to request a PayPal invoice.

Registration Policies - Please Review Carefully BEFORE Submitting Your Registration:

Withdrawals & No-Shows: In the event that you must withdraw from a training, you will not be billed only if you notify us at least three business days in advance. If you are only able to provide advance notice of less than three business days (i.e. late-notice withdrawal) you will be billed and are invited to retake the training within six months on a space available basis for a $10 administrative fee. If you are unable to provide any advance notice at all (i.e. no-show), you will be billed and are invited to retake the training within six months on a space available basis for a $20 administrative fee.

Late Arrival: Please plan to arrive at least five minutes prior to the scheduled beginning of a training. Students arriving more than 15 minutes late may be refused entry at the instructor's discretion.
