NPower Northwest clients, please fill out the following form to report a problem and we will be in touch with you as soon as we can. This form is intended for use by nonprofits that have a contract in place with NPower for non-emergency support. For emergency support under your Managed Services contract, you must call us at 206.957.7722 to obtain an escalated response.
