Background from Patron Manager:
PatronManager CRM is a Customer Relationship Management system, which is a new patron-centered way of operating your organization, designed specifically for small to medium-sized arts groups.
(Qualified non-profits get up to 10 user licenses from the Salesforce Foundation per year for free, and the rest of your ongoing support costs for Patron Manager are covered by ticket service fees if you sell tickets, and an annual fee if you don't)
Eugene Carr, founder and CEO of Patron Technology, has been an innovator in the area of e-marketing for arts & cultural organizations since the early-90s, an arts manager and a musician, and he is visiting the Seattle area next week. He'll be giving a demo of Patron Manager, and showing how arts groups can make effective use of CRM, on Tuesday, February 8th at 3:30pm at Seattle Center. Come and join us to find out more!
With PatronManager CRM, you can run your box office, including online ticketing, access your individual donations, track grants, manage your e-mail marketing, report on ticket sales, maintain your calendar, document day-to-day correspondence, and create task reminders — all in one web-based, integrated system. You can use it from a computer in your office, your home or your venue, and it's built on the Salesforce platform, which means that it's robust, secure and affordable.
