A “lifer” in the nonprofit community, Alison most-recently led the team at Seattle Works before joining NPower in March of 2010. Prior to that, she had gigs at VolunteerWorks and the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, contributing to her collective 20 years of nonprofit experience. |

Ash ShepherdSenior Project Manager & Strategistashs@npowernw.orgAsh has been with NPower Northwest since the summer of 2010, immediately following a three-year stint at NPower Oregon. His position here focuses on the planning, design and evaluation stages of projects. He’s also well-versed in online communication strategy, development, and coaching and acts as our internal social media guru. Before joining our team, he devoted almost a decade to social work, and youth program development. |
Dave ForresterDirector of Client Engagementdavef@npowernw.orgAs NPower’s Director of Client Engagement, Dave leads our consulting and services staff and is a member of our leadership team. After ten years as part of a team building an Internet services firm from 5 people to 135, he spent two years working for NPower from 2007 to 2009 in a variety of roles. He went on to a position overseeing technology strategy, implementation, and operations for National CASA. Apparently Dave just could not stay away from NPower, and he rejoined the NPower Northwest family in 2012. |

Dave McDougalData Network Consultantdavem@npowernw.orgDave is a consultant with 15 years of experience as an IT professional. He started at NPower early in 2008 and has been using his expertise to assist clients in identifying organizational needs and finding technology-based solutions. Dave is there for his clients every step of the way, from need-identification through solution-implementation, as well as providing ongoing IT support. |

Don SchwartzSenior Network Consultantdons@npowernw.orgDon has been working with NPower since 2007 designing, building, and supporting networks for nonprofits in the community. He has several years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, and in the field of technology. Before joining the NPower team, Don worked at Experience Music Project, managing staff and the handheld technology that is used within the museum. He’s also won a Clio award for a social marketing campaign. |
Jade GreeneClient Engagement Managerjadeg@npowernw.orgJade joined NPower in 2011 as our Client Engagement Manager. She is often the first point of contact for potential clients, asking the right questions to determine how NPower can best meet each organization’s unique needs. She is committed to providing superior and consistent service, ensuring a positive experience for the organizations we work with. Before coming to NPower, Jade spent several years in the corporate world in technology consulting and communication. She’s been working in the nonprofit sector for the past ten years with roles in communication, development, recruiting, events, and volunteer management. |

Before coming to NPower, Jens spent time in the corporate world in tech support and IT for corporations like Ford Credit. |

Jesse SnyderPrincipal Web Consultantjesses@npowernw.orgAs Principal Web Consultant, Jesse not only designs and builds websites for NPower clients, but is also responsible for keeping track of new technologies that have potential to solve the problems facing the nonprofit sector. Jesse spent ten years in the natural foods industry before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining NPower in 2006, he worked for a nonprofit community development organization in West Seattle. |

Internally, she is a professional cat-herder, wrangling developers and acting as a sounding board to help them think through client solutions. |

Mandi MoshayCommunity Engagement Managermandim@npowernw.orgAs part of our community engagement team, Mandi is responsible for NPower communications, social media, event coordination, and management of our volunteer program. Mandi caught the nonprofit bug when, after graduating from college, she started volunteering as a Family Partner for Habitat for Humanity. Her most recent gig was a three-year stint at a fundraising consulting firm where her passion for the nonprofit sector was solidified. She joined NPower in January of 2011. |

Nineta MartinovDatabase Consultantninetam@npowernw.orgNineta joined NPower with the desire to use technology to create greater good. Nineta got into the technology field a while back, and recently held a position a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard. Her position within HP gave her the opportunity to get involved in the company’s Sustainability Network, a group of employees that volunteer time to promote green and sustainable practices in the workplace and beyond. |

Noah GotzTechnical Managernoahg@npowernw.orgNoah leads NPower’s Managed Services team as they provide infrastructure support and strategy to our clients. He's has been working in the technology field since 1997 and came to NPower as an intern in 2002. Excited to use his skills to help nonprofits and make a difference in the community, Noah quickly moved into our contractor pool where he engaged with customers for NPower managed services and networking projects. In 2004, he joined the NPower staff as a full-time consultant. |

She works directly with NPower clients to help facilitate a smooth process and ensure that projects are progressing on target. Prior to joining the NPower team, she led technology and online strategy development for National CASA. |

No one knows NPower’s story quite like Peg…she’s been working here for over ten years. Peg started at NPower on the education team as a trainer and manager before stepping into her current role on the community engagement team. Before coming to NPower, she managed fundraising and operations at the Northwest Federation of Community Organizations. |

He has been with NPower since February of 2010, helping to keep clients’ networks stable and current, and guiding organizations through the infrastructure planning process.
