A “lifer” in the nonprofit community, Alison most-recently led the team at Seattle Works before joining NPower in March of 2010. Prior to that, she had gigs at VolunteerWorks and the Federal Way Chamber of Commerce, contributing to her collective 20 years of nonprofit experience. |

Abby NafzigerAmeriCorps VISTAabbyn@npowernw.orgAbby joined NPower in 2011 as part of the AmeriCorps VISTA HandsOn Tech program. Abby serves alongside two other VISTAs to provide free tech trainings for nonprofit staffers and is working to create the "Building Capacity Cohort Model" which serves small, poverty-alleviation nonprofits in the Seattle area. Before joining the NPower team, Abby worked as a high school library aide, helping students and teachers find good resources in books, internet and databases. She simultaneously completed an evening graduate program and received her Masters in Library and Information Science. |

Ash ShepherdSenior Project Manager & Strategistashs@npowernw.orgAsh has been with NPower Northwest since the summer of 2010, immediately following a three-year stint at NPower Oregon. His position here focuses on the planning, design and evaluation stages of projects. He’s also well-versed in online communication strategy, development, and coaching and acts as our internal social media guru. Before joining our team, he devoted almost a decade to social work, and youth program development. |

Dave ForresterDirector of Client Engagementdavef@npowernw.orgAs NPower’s Director of Client Engagement, Dave leads our consulting and services staff and is a member of our leadership team. After ten years as part of a team building an Internet services firm from 5 people to 135, he spent two years working for NPower from 2007 to 2009 in a variety of roles. He went on to a position overseeing technology strategy, implementation, and operations for National CASA. Apparently Dave just could not stay away from NPower, and he rejoined the NPower Northwest family in 2012. |

Dennis HendersonHelp Desk Interndennish@npowernw.orgDennis joined the NPower team in February 2012. As the help desk intern his work will be focused on providing fast, effective service for our Managed Service clients. Dennis will be with us for six months as part of his work with Year Up, a fabulous technical and professional training program based here in Seattle. He’ll be helping triage support requests as they come in and learning the tech ropes with our consulting team. |

Elissa ThomasAmeriCorps VISTAelissat@npowernw.orgElissa is serving at NPower Northwest for one year as part of the AmeriCorps VISTA HandsOn Tech program. Serving alongside two other VISTAs, Elissa's work is focused on helping the nonprofit sector utilize technology effectively to increase community resources and improve outcomes for low-income communities and families. Prior to joining the AmeriCorps program, Elissa worked as a public librarian in Baltimore and spent time in the technology services department at Loyola University Maryland providing technical support the faculty, staff, and students. |

Before coming to NPower, Jade spent several years in the corporate world in technology consulting and communication. She’s been working in the nonprofit sector for the past ten years with roles in communication, development, recruiting, events, and volunteer management. |

Before coming to NPower, Jens spent time in the corporate world in tech support and IT for corporations like Ford Credit. |

Jesse SnyderPrincipal Web Consultantjesses@npowernw.orgAs Principal Web Consultant, Jesse not only designs and builds websites for NPower clients, but is also responsible for keeping track of new technologies that have potential to solve the problems facing the nonprofit sector. Jesse spent ten years in the natural foods industry before transitioning to the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining NPower in 2006, he worked for a nonprofit community development organization in West Seattle. |

Mike AnitasSpecial Projects Assistantmikea@npowernw.orgMike has been working with NPower in some shape or form for over ten years. He started as a contractor trainer back in 2000 and spent some time as our Training Coordinator, helping to implement our grant-funded training programs. He is currently serving as a Special Projects Assistant, but keeps busy outside of NPower with several other positions including his ownership of Vine Studio, as an instructor at Seattle Central Community College, and as an Extensions Lecturer at the University of Washington. |

Noah GotzManager, Managed Servicesnoahg@npowernw.orgNoah leads NPower’s Managed Services team as they provide infrastructure support and strategy to our clients. He's has been working in the technology field since 1997 and came to NPower as an intern in 2002. Excited to use his skills to help nonprofits and make a difference in the community, Noah quickly moved into our contractor pool where he engaged with customers for NPower managed services and networking projects. In 2004, he joined the NPower staff as a full-time consultant. |

The fine folks at AmeriCorps recently selected NPower Northwest as one of the seven host sites for their newly launched HandsOn Tech program. Serving alongside two other VISTAs, Stephen is focused on helping poverty-alleviation nonprofits utilize technology to realize a greater impact in the community. To reach that goal, Stephen is conducting several trainings through NPower's free brown bag series on topics including Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization. |

He has been with NPower since February of 2010, helping to keep clients’ networks stable and current, and guiding organizations through the infrastructure planning process. While he enjoys the projects he works on, Yuji is most excited about building positive relationships with his clients. |
