Paul Lambert - President

Paul joined Point B Solutions Group, a management consulting firm, in 1998. He’s held a variety of roles within Point B, and currently serves as President of Consulting. He has extensive experience in enterprise project leadership, mergers and acquisitions, information systems and quality improvement and has worked in several different industries, including aerospace, healthcare, insurance, technology and software. Prior to Point B, Paul spent four years at CNA Consulting and Engineering. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Seattle University.

The work Paul does at Point B enables him to help many organizations, including NPower. He is a believer in the power of technology to transform both the way we think and the results that nonprofits can achieve. Paul has been on the NPower board since 2006, serving as board VP in 2010 and stepping into his current role as President in 2011. Outside of work and board service for NPower, Paul spends time with his family, and enjoys cycling and cross country skiing. As a former member of the US National Rowing Team, Paul remains active in rowing and competes on a national level.
