Kyle Hutchins
Director of Customer Experience, West Monroe Partners
As the Director of Customer Experience at West Monroe Partners, Kyle Hutchins is directly responsible for growing the business, client satisfaction, overseeing project work, and managing his team. He has 12 years of experience in professional services – advising on behalf of digital agencies and management consulting firms. Kyle earned a degree in Business Administration at the University of Washington, received post graduate accreditation in Strategic Marketing from the University of Chicago, and studied internationally at Université Paris Sorbonne.
Kyle was drawn to NPower because of its capability to effect and empower “social good” on a large scale through technology. While there are numerous ways to get involved and perform civic duty in the Northwest, Kyle is most excited by the NPower model and how each hour served and dollar contributed create a ripple throughout the community. Away from work, Kyle spends most of his time with his family, dreaming and planning international vacations, playing competitive sports, playing guitar, and starting up a craft distillery.
