Ali Piyarali

Ali is a partner in Accenture’s Media and High Technology practice, specializing in software distribution, licensing and large transformational programs. In addition to client engagements his responsibilities include developing and communicating Accenture’s view on the software industry, sharing best practices among client teams and initiating new growth programs and campaigns for Accenture. He joined Accenture in 1989 after completing the Master’s program in Industrial Engineering at the University of Washington.

Ali is a partner in Accenture’s Media and High Technology practice, specializing in software distribution, licensing and large transformational programs. In addition to client engagements his responsibilities include developing and communicating Accenture’s view on the software industry, sharing best practices among client teams and initiating new growth programs and campaigns for Accenture. He joined Accenture in 1989 after completing the Master’s program in Industrial Engineering at the University of Washington. Prior to joining Accenture, Ali worked as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer for Intel Corporation.

One of Ali’s passions is to make Seattle a better place to live and raise a family. Ali joined the NPower board in 2006 because he believes in the mission of NPower and the organization's ability to make a positive difference in the community. Ali and his wife are also active supporters of school programs for students with special needs. Outside of work and community service, Ali is an avid fan of the game of squash and enjoys traveling with his family to new destinations.
