Paul joined Point B Solutions Group, a management consulting firm, in 1998. He’s held a variety of roles within Point B, and currently serves as President of Consulting. He has extensive experience in enterprise project leadership, mergers and acquisitions, information systems and quality improvement and has worked in several different industries, including aerospace, healthcare, insurance, technology and software. Prior to Point B, Paul spent four years at CNA Consulting and Engineering. He has a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from Seattle University.

Kay is a Tax Partner of Deloitte and has been the Seattle Office Tax Managing Partner since June 2009. She began her career with Deloitte’s San Francisco office in 1990 as a tax staff professional. She’s worked on a variety of client initiatives that have taken her to several offices within the firm including Dallas, Washington DC, Chicago, and Boston. In addition to her work at Deloitte, Kay is a Co-Treasurer of the Northern California Chapter of Network of Executive Women (NEW), a national nonprofit organization that aims to attract, retain, and advance women in the retail and consumer products industries through education, leadership, and business development.

Cindy is the Vice President of Microsoft’s US SMB Organization where she is responsible for the company’s end-to-end SMB sales and marketing efforts. She’s been with Microsoft for over ten years and has held positions in corporate development and strategy, the US small business group and the US partner strategy, marketing and programs group. Before joining Microsoft, Cindy worked for Merrill Lynch and as a management consultant for Strategic Planning Associates, a Washington, D.C.-based firm. She holds BA’s in International Economics and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard University.

Her prior work experience includes several IT positions within major corporations, the likes of which include IBM, Campbell Soup Company, and ARAMARK. She also spent some time owning and operating her own consultancy.

Ceil joined The Seattle Foundation, one of the largest private funders of nonprofit organizations in King County, in 1996. Ceil is responsible for managing the Community Grantmaking Program, which awards $5.8 million annually to a variety of nonprofit organizations. She also oversees other grantmaking programs administered by the Foundation including Medical Funds and the Whitehorse Foundation. Before joining the Foundation, Ceil worked as a Development Director for Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and for Planned Parenthood.
